THE HONOURABLE SMT. JUSTICE K. SUJANA CRIMINAL PETITION No.14842 of 2025 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners-accused Nos.1 to 6 Nos. 1 to 6 seeking relaxation of Condition No.2 imposed in the order dated 25.10.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.564 of 2025 by the learned III Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Mahabubnagar District.

Heard Sri G. Bandaiah, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners as well as Sri E. Ganesh, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for respondent.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners were granted bail by the trial Court vide order dated 25.10.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.564 of 2025 and as per condition No.2, the petitioners were directed to appear before the Station House Officer every Saturday between 10:00 a.m. to 01:00 p.m. for six weeks or till filing of the charge sheet. The petitioners have been complying with this condition diligently and have been appearing before the concerned Investigating Officer for the last one month. In view of this compliance and the progress of the investigation, prayed the Court to relax of the condition.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation is completed and the charge sheet has already been filed and that the continued appearance of the petitioners before the Investigating Officer is no longer necessary and prayed the Court to pass appropriate orders.

Upon consideration of the submissions made and on perusal of the material available on record, the condition No.2 imposed in Crl.M.P.No.564 of 2025 dated 25.10.2025, is hereby relaxed. 6.

Accordingly, the Criminal petition is allowed. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
