This revision petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 115 of Civil Procedure Code questioning the docket order dated 20.11.2014 in I.A.No.1847 of 2014 in I.A.No.1731 of 2014 in O.S.No.238 of 2007 on the file of the Court of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Machilipatnam, Krishna District.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision petition.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Revision Petition shall stand closed.
