aTHE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.569 of 2016 ORDER:- As there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 12.02.2016 either in the morning session or in the afternoon session, the matter was listed to 04.03.2016. Even when the matter came up for hearing on 18.03.2016, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and the matter was directed to be listed to 24.03.2016 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, inspite of the matter being listed under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in the morning or in afternoon session. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the Civil Revision Petition.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
