Learned counsel for the petitioner has given a letter dt.25-04-2017 addressed to the Registrar (Judicial), High Court of Judicature, Hyderabad, stating that the petitioners wish to withdraw the Writ Petition. The said request is reiterated in the Court. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh Writ Petition with better affidavit. No costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
