This Civil Revision Petition, under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, is filed by the petitioner, assailing the docket order, dated 21.10.2014, of the learned Additional Senior Civil Judge, Chittoor, passed in E.P.No.41 of 2013.

At the hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the subsequent events, the petitioner instructed him to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition and, accordingly, she seeks permission to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition. 3 .

Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, permission, as sought for, is accorded. 4 .

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision petition, shall stand closed.
