Though the prayer is against inaction in considering and disposing of the report dated 19.06.2017, learned counsel for petitioner does not press the writ prayer. However by relying upon the very same report, seeks leave of the court to file an appeal against grant of pattadar pas book/ title deed in favour of 5th respondent. The writ petition is dismissed as not pressed by granting liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs.
