HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 33077 of 2018 ORDER:

1) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus directing the official respondents in not registering and handing over the possession of the land ie. house site admeasuring 75 square yards situated in T.S.No.773, Ward No.9, Block No.11, Guntur Town, to the petitioner, as illegal and unjust. 2) The grievance of the petitioner is that though the third respondent issued proceedings Rc.No.1352/ 2018-K on 03.04.2018, till date the fourth respondent could not act on the said proceedings. 3) The Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that a direction may be given to comply with the proceedings Rc.No.1352/ 2018-K, dated 03.04.2018.

4) Having regard to the above, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the fourth respondent to act upon the proceedings Rc.No.1352/ 2018-K, dated 03.04.2018, issued by the third respondent, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six to eight weeks from the date of receipt of the order.
