ORDER

Challenging the inaction of the 3rd respondent in registering the complaint dated 14.6.2016 lodged by the petitioner against respondents 4 and 5, the present writ petition is filed.

Copy of the complaint given to the 3rd respondent is not filed along with this writ petition.

In the absence of such complaint, no direction can be given to the 3rd respondent to look into the same. In the circumstances, it is open to the petitioner to approach the 3rd respondent and lodge a complaint and on receipt of such complaint, the 3rd respondent is directed to take action in accordance with law.
