ORDER:

This company application is filed for correction of error in the order, dated 27.04.2015, in Comp.A.No.782 of 2015 pertaining to the value of the movable and immovable assets mentioned in the valuation report, dated 16.03.2015.

This Court in the penultimate para of the order, dated 27.04.2015 in Comp.A.No.782 of 2015, observed as under: "A perusal of the valuation report, dated 16.03.2015, shows that the Valuer has valued the immovable and movable properties including furniture of the applicant company at Rs.1,76,50,950/-."

In the affidavit filed in support of this application, it is stated that the sum of Rs.1,76,50,950/- mentioned in the aforesaid order pertains to the value of the movable properties alone and that in addition to the same, the Valuer has separately valued the immovable properties, which together come to Rs.6,61,91,000/-. On a perusal of the valuation report, dated 16.03.2015, I find merit in the said averment. Accordingly, order, dated 27.04.2015 in Comp.A.No.782 of 2015 is modified by substituting Rs.6,61,91,000/- for the figure Rs.1,76,50,950/-.
