ORDER

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings in D.V.C.No.15 of 2015 on the file of Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nuzvid, Krishna District.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State. As seen from the material available on record, certain allegations are levelled against the petitioners. Truth or otherwise of the allegations can only be decided during the course of trial. In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is disposed of directing the learned Magistrate to dispose of D.V.C.No.15 of 2015 without insisting for the presence of petitioner Nos.1 and 2 - respondent Nos.2 and 3 in D.V.C. on each and every adjournment, unless it feels that their presence is necessary for any specific purpose. Petitioner Nos.3 and 4 herein shall appear before the Court regularly.

Miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
