HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO Criminal Petition No.9799 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for petitioner-A1 and the learned Public Prosecutor representing the respondent No.1-State and Sri K.S.Murthy, counsel for respondent No.2.

2.

Undisputedly, the investigation is in progress though there is basis in the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner-A1 of the very attracting of the offences of the so-called statements in writing for not any verbal abuses much less in public view itself is in serious doubt. It is a matter to be investigated by police and to file final report and remedy thereafter is left open, but for that there is nothing to interdict the investigation. However, it is made clear in the peculiar facts of the case that for none of the offences are punishable above seven years the police shall not arrest the petitioner, but for to secure her presence for the purpose of investigation if at all required in writing.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. ____________________________ Dr. B. SIVA SANKARA RAO, J 13.12.2018 MVA
