This civil revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed by the petitioner-defendant no.2 assailing the order dated 13.06.2013 of the learned Junior Civil Judge, Tandur, passed in IA.no.256 of 2013 in OS.no.60 of 2006 filed by the 2nd defendant under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, to reopen the evidence for the purpose of further crossexamination of PW1. 2.

The note of the Registry would show that as per the computer cause list, the suit itself was disposed of on 20.02.2014. Therefore, no cause survives for adjudication in this revision.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
