ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue Writ of Mandamus declaring the proceedings issued by the second respondent dated 30.06.2014, vide proceedings No.A/331/2013, communicated to me vide letter dated 23.09.2015 is illegal, arbitrary, ultra virus, unconstitutional, violative of Art.14 and 300A of the Constitution of India, consequently direct the second respondent to restore the name of the petitioner in respect of the property bearing Door No.2-1546 and 2-15-46/1 situated near Kollapur bus stand by setting aside the proceedings dated 30.06.2014."
On behalf of respondent No.2, counter affidavit is filed. At the hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, WP.M.P.No.48884 of 2015 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
