THE HON'BLE JUSTICE G.SRI DEVI Criminal Petition No.10030 of 2018 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/A.3 seeking to quash the proceedings in crime No.41 of 2016 of Khanapur Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304-B and 304-A of IPC.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the 1st respondent-State and perused the record.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that after due investigation into the crime, Police have filed charge sheet before the competent Court.

4. In view of the said submission, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to file fresh criminal petition seeking appropriate relief.

5. Liberty is granted as prayed for.

6. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting to liberty to the petitioner to file fresh criminal petition seeking appropriate relief.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
