Learned counsel for the appellants would submit that since the subject Suit in O.S.No.15 of 2011 on the file of the I Additional District Judge, Medak at Sanga Reddy, was disposed of, nothing survives for adjudication in this appeal, which is filed challenging an interlocutory order passed in the said Suit. 3 .

Recording the said submission, this appeal is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
