This Transfer CMP is filed seeking transfer of AS.No.26 of 2012 pending on the file of the I Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad to this Court to be heard along with CCCA.No.163 of 2001.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri A.Narasimha Rao, learned counsel appearing for the respondent states that he has no objection for allowing this transfer petition, since both the appeals AS.No.26/2012 as well as CCCA.No.163/2001, arise out of a common Judgment.

In view of the above, the Tr.CMP is allowed and AS.No.26 of 2012 pending on the file of I Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad is transferred to this Court to be heard along with CCCA.No.163 of 2001.
