Mohammed Ghouseuddin for petitioner and Mr. N. Praveen Reddy for respondent corporation. 2.

Petitioner complains against the inaction of respondents in granting 20 years Special Grade increment even after completion of 20 years of service in terms of Circular No.PD-04/ 2011 dated 12.01.2011 as illegal, arbitrary and amounts to refusing to exercise the jurisdiction conferred on the respondents. 3.

Counsel for petitioner prays for disposal of the instant writ petition by following the order of this Court in WP.No.9231 of 2012 dated 02.04.2012. The order reads thus:

"In the circumstances, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the petitioner to submit a representation to the respondents within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, and on filing such representation, the respondents shall consider the same within a period of six weeks thereafter, in accordance with the administrative instructions issued in Circular No.PD-04/ 2011, dated 12.01.2011. No order as to costs."

Counsel appearing for respondents consents to disposal of the instant writ petition in the terms indicated above. The writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to submit a representation to the respondents within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order and on

filing such representation, the respondents shall consider the same within a period of six weeks thereafter, in accordance with the administrative instructions issued in Circular No.PD-04/ 2011 dated 12.01.2011.
