HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.USR No.3570 of 2015 in Crl.P.No.2592 of 2015 and CRIMINAL PETITION No.2592 of 2015 COMMON ORDER :

Pending disposal of the Criminal Petition, to quash the proceedings of C.C No.487 of 2014 taken cognizance by the learned II Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad for the offence punishable under Section 431 IPC against the petitioner/ accused, in maintaining the petitioner against three respondents including 2nd respondent-de facto complainant; the de facto complainant and the petitioner/ accused present stated that at the intervention of elders they settled the dispute amicably and the de facto complainant in his interest to purchase peace has come to withdraw the case and seeks permission to compromise.

2) Perused the material on record and heard. 3 ) They want to purchase the peace outside the Court through elders though the offence is not compoundable under Section 320 Cr.P.C to serve the ends of justice by invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C permitting to compound. Accordingly, the Crl.USR.No.3570 of 2015 is ordered and permission is accorded pursuant to the joint memo.

4) Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and all the proceedings relating to C.C No.487 of 2014 on

the file of II Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad are quashed. The bail bonds of the petitioner, if any, shall stand cancelled.

5) Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
