HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT Criminal Petition No.16079 of 2016 ORDER:

Vide present petition, the petitioners seek a direction, thereby to enlarge them on bail in Cr.No.48 of 2016 of PS Kalluru, Chittoor District, registered for the offences under Sections 307, 353, 379 and 120-B, read with 34 of IPC, Section 20(d)(9)(ii) read with 20(1) of A.P. Forest (Amendment Act), 2016, Section 36 read Section 32 of A.P. Forest Act, Section 55(2) read with section 7 of Biological Diversity Act, 2002 and Section 3 of PDPP Act. Pursuant to the order dated 17.11.2016, learned Public Prosecutor has verified call details of the petitioners and submits that on 22.09.2016, the petitioners were in Chittoor District and they were arrested from the said place.

Keeping in view the call details of the petitioners, I do not find any merit in the present case.
