HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 33339 of 2018 ORDER:
1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Government Pleader for Revenue (AP). With consent of both the parties, the writ petition being heard at the admission stage itself. 2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the second respondent in not taking the appeal made against the online rejection entry dated 17.05.2018 for issuance of title deed and pattadar pass books relates to the property of the petitioner to an extent of Ac.4.18 cents in Sy.No.696/ A, 700 and 701 of Nouluru Village, yerrabalem Gram Panchayat, Mangalagiri Mandal, Guntur District, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice.
3) The grievance of the petitioner is that though the appeal was filed on 12.06.2018, till date no orders are passed in the appeal.
4) The Government Pleader for Revenue (AP) would submit that a direction may be issued to the concerned for an early disposal of the appeal.
5) Without going into the merits of the case and having regard to the submissions made, the present writ petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner against the online rejection entry dated
17.05.2018, for issuance of title deed and pattadar pass books in respect of land admeasuring Ac.4.18 cents in Sy.Nos. 696/ A, 700 and 701 of Nouluru Village, Yerrabalem Gram Panchayat, Mangalagiri Mandal, Guntur District, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three to five months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. There shall be no order as to costs.
6) Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
