This Civil Revision Petition under Section 227 of the Constitution of India is filed challenging the Docket Order dt.04.04.2013 in O.P.No.608 of 2011 passed by the Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar whereby the evidence of petitioner was closed.

But, the petition was disposed of on 24.04.2017. Therefore, nothing remained for adjudication in this revision. Hence, the petition has become infructuous and dismissed accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
