THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Civil Revision Petition No.2934 of 2014 ORDER:

The learned counsel for the revision petitioner would submit that EP 9 of 2013 pending on the file of the Court of the learned IV Additional District Judge, Visakhapatnam was already dismissed; therefore, no cause survives for adjudication in this revision petition; and hence, the revision may be dismissed as infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. It is needless to mention that the dismissal of the revision petition does not preclude the petitioner/DHr from pursuing remedies available to him, which law permits.

No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
