It is noticed that when the matter was taken up for hearing on 11.12.2015 and on 5.2.2016, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore the matter was directed to be listed today under caption "for dismissal". Today also, when the matter is called in the forenoon as well as in the afternoon, none present for the petitioner and there is no representation on his behalf, even though the matter is listed under caption "for dismissal". Therefore, the Criminal Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
