This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') by the petitioners seeking to quash the proceedings against them in DVC.No.2 of 2018 on the file of the III Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, filed by respondents 2 and 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and Additional Public Prosecutor for the State - respondent. Perused the record. 3.

Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that DVC was filed by the respondents 2 and 3 immediately after divorce. Further, NBWs are pending against petitioner No.1.

Since the case is of the year 2018, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the concerned Court to dispose off the main DVC itself within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
