HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No. 2350 of 2016 ORDER:

The contempt case is filed alleging non-renewal of licence of the petitioner by the Agricultural Market Committee, despite the order of this Court in W.P.No.11447 of 2016 dated 11.04.2016.

Respondent is present before this Court and tendered unconditional apology for the delay.

The reasons stated for the delay are satisfactory. Though there is element of delay, in as much as the order stands complied with, the contempt case is closed. No order as to costs.
