(Per SK,J) This Contempt Case was instituted alleging willful disobedience to the order dated 07.02.2017 passed in W.P.No.30514 of 2016. By the said order, the authorities were directed to implement the order dated 13.11.2015 passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, in OA.No.6260 of 2015 and regularize the services of the petitioner and also fix his pension and pensionary benefits. Smt.Y.L.Shivakalpana Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, would inform this Court that the aforestated order has been complied with but the petitioner still has some grievance with regard to the computation of the benefits released to him.

We are of the opinion that the said issue cannot be examined by us in exercise of contempt jurisdiction and the petitioner would necessarily have to seek redressal of such grievance by way of independent proceedings in accordance with law.

Leaving it open to him to do so, this Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.
