ORDER

This revision under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed challenging the order dated 24.09.2012 passed in I.A.No.832 of 2012 in O.S.No.35 of 2008 by the Senior Civil Judge, Miryalguda. 2.

The petitioner/plaintiff filed I.A.No.832 of 2012 under Section 151 of CPC to reopen the suit for cross-examination of P.Ws.1, 3 to 5. During the pendency of the petition, there was no stay granted by the Court. Now, it is brought to the notice of this Court that O.S.No.832 of 2012 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Miryalaguda, was disposed of on 21.08.2014 as abated against the defendant. Therefore, there is nothing to be adjudicated by this Court in the revision.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand dismissed.
