THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.46340 of 2016 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home, apart from perusing the entire material available on record.
When the matter is taken up, a copy of the Preliminary Enquiry report, dated 08.10.2016, is placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. The contents of the said Preliminary Enquiry Report are as under:
"Take copy of preliminary enquiry that your registered post petition was received on dt.01.10.2016. It does ot disclose a cognizable offence but indicates the necessity for an inquiry, a preliminary was conducted by me to ascertain whether cognizable offence was disclosed or not. I recoded the statements of L.W.1 to L.W.5. It reveals that, there is no offence took place as you mentioned in your petition. So the information which sent by you through registered post does not disclose the cognizable offence. So the preliminary enquiry ended in closing the complaint. Hence the copy of closure of your complaint is supplied to you".
By placing on record the above Preliminary Enquiry Report, Writ Petition is disposed of, leaving it open for the petitioner herein to avail the remedies open under law. There shall be no order as to costs.
