THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1662 of 2012 ORDER:

This criminal revision case is filed by the petitioner under Section 397 read with 401 Cr.P.C. challenging the orders in Crl.M.P.No.1986 of 2012 in S.T.C.No.134 of 2008 dated 11.07.2012 on the file of the Court of Special Judicial Magistrate for Excise, Chittoor, Chittoor District.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing of the revision petition has become infructuous.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any in this revision, shall stand closed.
