The learned counsel for the petitioner Sri Suresh Kumar Reddy Kalava seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Transfer Criminal Petition. Permission is accorded.

Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Transfer Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, preserving liberty to the petitioner to move the Court for dispensing with his presence on such occasions when it is not really required.

Consequently, the interim stay granted by this Court on 09-10-2013 stands dissolved.
