This writ petition was filed challenging the Memo

No.5620/Coop.IV/2014 dated 23.06.2014 issued by the first respondent. The said memo was issued suspending the proceedings dated 07.06.2014 passed by the third respondent and this Court by order dated 02.07.2014 granted suspension of the memo dated 23.06.2014 and directed the third respondent to go ahead with No Confidence Motion as per rules.

It is represented by the learned counsel on either side that pursuant to the said order, the third respondent issued another proceedings dated 28.07.2014, which was challenged in W.P.No.22390/2014, and in that view of the matter this writ petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
