Based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, Cr.No.90 of 2015 dated 11.12.2015 was registered on the file of Police station, Kasapuram, Guntakam Mandal, Anantapuramu District. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents are not conducting investigation and filing charge sheet. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, produced written instructions of the 3rd respondent - Sub Inspector of Police, Kasapuram Police Station, Anantapuram District, dated 01.10.2018, stating that the investigation was completed and final report dated 06.05.2016 was filed on the file of Judicial First Class Guntakal stating that the complaint of the petitioner is civil in nature and the notice was also issued to the petitioner in this regard. Recording the statement made in the written instructions, writ petition is disposed of, leaving it open to the petitioner to avail alternative remedies available under law.
