HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 35297 of 2018 ORDER:

1) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondent to mutate and issue pattadar pass book in pursuance of the F-line petition by conducting survey and demarcation of the land in Sy.No.1/ 2 at Konaforest Village, Kondagi Mandal, East Godavari District, as per the orders of Commissioner of Survey, Settlement and Land Records dated 09.09.1982.

2) The grievance of the petitioner is that that though an application was made on 27.07.2018, till date the same is not considered.

3) The Government Pleader for Revenue (AP) submits that if the said application is still pending consideration, the authorities may be directed to consider the said representation in accordance with law.

4) Without going into the merits of the case and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent to dispose of the representation dated 27.07.2018, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three two five months from the date of receipt of the order, if the same is made and still pending consideration. No order as to costs.

5) Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
