THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI WRIT PETITION No.15383 of 2014 O R D E R:

This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief: ".... to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of the writ of mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in trying to evict the Petitioner Commission from its present accommodation at Room Nos.320 to 325, 3rd Floor, H (North) Block, Secretariat premises, Saifabad, Hyderabad without offering suitable alternative accommodation as illegal and arbitrary and .....".

Mr. S.R.Mahajir, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in trying to evict the petitioner's commission from its accommodation in the subject premises. He submits that as the Secretariat itself was demolished, this writ petition has become infructuous. 3.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition. 4.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
