This contempt case is filed alleging willful disobedience of the orders dated 18.12.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.No.21563 of 2001.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned standing counsel for the respondents submits that in compliance with the orders of this Court, the case of the petitioner was considered and the same was rejected on 15.11.2018.
