HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.15648 of 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioners is that they have filed appeal before the 3rd respondent-Joint Collector, against the orders dated 06.04.2017 passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Atmakur, SPSR Nellore District, along with stay petition. As no orders are passed on the same, till date, present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the facts and circumstances, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the stay petition filed by the petitioners, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till then, Status quo obtaining as on today shall be maintained. Since it is stated that standing crop is existing in the subject lands, the petitioners shall not be evicted till disposal of the stay petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
