This writ petition is filed for a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 to 4 in marking portion of building properties connected to the main road bearing Door Nos.5-15-6/1, 3-6-33, 29-9-2004, 6-4-12 of Meraka Street (AKP Road), Kovvur Municipality, West Godavari District for road widening purpose as illegal and arbitrary and violative of provisions of Andhra Pradesh Municipalities Act and Rules framed there under and the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, violative of the Provisions of Land Encroachment Act and consequently to direct the respondents 2 to 4 not to demolish any portion of the building structures of the petitioners' properties without following due process of law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners stated that this Court in similar circumstances disposed of W.P.No.6730 of 2015 dated 18.03.2015 and same is not disputed by Sri Nimmagadda Venkateshwarlu, learned Standing Counsel for the 4th respondent-Municipality.

For the reasons alike in the aforesaid order dated 18.03.2015, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous
