THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.16047 OF 2016 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner in this case is that the police authorities failed to take appropriate action upon his complaint dated 03.03.2016.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would however state that the afore-stated allegation is incorrect as Crime No.140 of 2016 was registered on the file of Kadapa I Town Police Station basing upon the complaint made by the petitioner. In that view of the matter, the cause in this writ petition does not survive for consideration on merits.
