This Criminal Petition under Sections 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.'), is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.116 of 2013 on the file of I Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Khammam, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A IPC and Section 3 and 4 of D.P. Act.

In view of the Letter dt. 10.03.2017 submitted by the learned counsel for petitioners to the Registrar (Judicial) to dismiss the Petition as withdrawn, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
