31.12.2024 SKS, J I.A.No.1 of 2024 (ON BEING MENTIONED) This is an application filed by the petitioner seeking correction of the order, dated 30.12.2024 passed in Crl.P.No.15527 of 2024.

Heard both sides.

It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that typographical errors have been crept in condition (i) of paragraph No.6 of the order dated 13.12.2024 and in the order it was typed as "learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Bhadrachalam" instead of "learned II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Warangal".

In the light of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and having satisfied with the reasons mentioned in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Interlocutory application is ordered.

In view thereof, in the modified order dated 30.12.2024 passed in Crl.P.No.15527 of 2024 condition (i) of paragraph No.6, shall be substituted with "learned II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Warangal" in the place of "learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Bhadrachalam".
