HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.33254 OF 2018 ORDER:
Heard Sri Ch. Ravinder, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Ms. Pingali Lakshmi, learned Standing Counsel for Greater Warangal Municipal Corporation, Warangal.
2. When the matter is taken up, on instructions, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that forty five (45) days time may be granted to the petitioner from today for completion of the subject work, and in the event of non-completion of the work within the said time, liberty may be given to the Corporation to take action in accordance with law including claim for damages from the petitioner herein with liberty to entrust the work to third party.
3. Recording the above submission, the present Writ Petition is disposed of granting forty five (45) days time to the petitioner from today, and giving liberty to the Corporation as prayed for. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the present Writ Petition, stand closed.
