2.
Petitioner claims that she was appointed as District Project Manager and allotted to Minorities Finance Corporation on 19.09.2012 and posted to Kurnool. This appointment was against one of the posts sanctioned vide G.O.Ms.No.63 PR&RI (RDI) Dept. dated 13.03.2013. Later she was transferred to Hyderabad and her tenure was renewed from time to time, which is now extended up to March, 2017 under Shadi Mubarak Scheme. A representation was made on 03.08.2016 to grant various reliefs as prayed in the representation.
Alleging that there is no action on the representation and petitioner is also not being paid salary, this writ petition is filed.
3.
When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner would be satisfied at this stage, if a direction is issued to the competent authority to pass orders on the representation submitted by the petitioner on 03.08.2016 addressed to the Hon'ble Chief Minister of Telangana State. 4.
However, it is seen that the said representation is not marked to the Principal Secretary, Minority Welfare Department. Petitioner is directed to submit a copy of the said representation within one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order. As and when such representation is received, the Principal Secretary shall pass orders on consideration of the claim made by the
