HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P. No.34754_OF 2011 ORDER:

The petitioner complains against inaction of 3rd respondent in recording the name of petitioner in revenue records as pattadar under A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 (for short 'the Act'), as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

The Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the representations said to have been made to 1st respondent are not in the form prescribed under the Act/Rules. If the petitioner applies for mutation under the Act/Rules, the 3rd respondent will consider and dispose of the application in accordance with law within two months from the date of making application. The statement is placed on record. The writ petition is disposed of by giving liberty to petitioner to apply in prescribed form for mutation to 3rd respondent and 3rd respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders within two months thereafter. Miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand closed. _ S.V.BHATT, J Date:26.08.2016 Stp
