THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR CRIMINAL PETITION No.12153 OF 2016 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Public Prosecutor.

2. The present Criminal Petition came to be filed under Section 439(1)(B) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, by the petitioner/A.2 seeking to relax the conditions imposed by the VIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Rajendranagar, Ranga Reddy District vide Order dated 24.05.2016 passed in Crl.M.P.No.878 of 2016 in Crime No.186 of 2016 of Rajendranagar Police Station registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419 and 420 IPC.

3. The Court below while granting bail to the petitioner directed him to report before the Station House Officer on every Sunday between 5:00 P.M., and 7:00 P.M., until filing of the charge sheet.

4. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by the Court below; that great inconvenience is caused by reason of the said condition and hence prays to relax the condition.

5. It is represented by the learned Public Prosecutor that the petitioner is complying with the condition, but however his presence is required since the investigation is still pending.

6. Since substantial investigation is over and as the petitioner has been complying with the conditions, reporting before the Station House Officer on every Sunday between 5:00 P.M., and

7:00 P.M., until filing of the charge sheet, is modified as under: The petitioner shall report before the Station House Officer concerned on 1st and 15th of every month between 10:00 A.M., and 5:00 P.M., until further orders.
