This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in not taking action on the representation of the petitioner dated 08-04-2013 as illegal and arbitrary. 2.

The case of the petitioner is that the board members of Sri Padmavathi Venkateswara Swamy Temple, Kushaiguda, Hyderabad, in collusion with the respondents misappropriated huge amount of the temple by collecting funds illegally in the name of the temple and thereby violated the provisions of the Endowments Act and that the petitioner made several representations to the respondents to conduct inquiry into the matter and take appropriate action but no action has been taken till now.

The subject temple is not made as a party to the Writ Petition. However, in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No. 2 to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 08-04-2013 and take appropriate action in accordance with law. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence.
