THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WP.No.6841 of 2016 ORDER :
The petitioner's grievance is that petitioner has challenged order dt.15.02.2016 passed by 4th respondent in an appeal filed on 26.02.2016 before the 3rd respondent, and that the said appeal is not being taken up by 3rd respondent.

The counsel for petitioner fairly states that petitioner had not filed any application seeking stay of dispossession in the said appeal filed by petitioner. 3.
The petitioner is therefore granted liberty to file such an application within one (01) week from today. If such application is filed, the 3rd respondent shall pass orders thereon within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of filing of that application, and communicate the same to petitioner. In case, no application is filed by petitioner within the aforesaid period, it is open to respondents to take action in accordance with law.
4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

Status quo shall be maintained for a period of
three (03) weeks from to-day by both parties in all respects.
6.
