anticipatory bail on 23.12.2022. The condition imposed was to surrender within ten days of the order and furnish bond for Rs.25,000/- with two sureties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to financial problems they could not furnish the surety as required. The counsel produced FDRs which they have intended to produce as surety before the SHO. In the said circumstances, the time imposed in para 9.1 is extended up to 08.08.2023.

There shall be no further extension. All the other conditions remain unaltered.
