Sri Yeddala Kiran Kumar Reddy, learned counsel appearing for petitioner, filed a letter dated 1.11.2017 before the Registry seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel there to, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
