No representation on behalf of the petitioner even after posting this matter under the caption "for dismissal". 2.

It is reported by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor that the trial Court has completed trial and matter is posted for examination of the accused under Section 313 of the Cr.P.C. 3.

As the entire trial has already been completed and matter is posted for examination of the accused under Section 313 of the Cr. P.C., before the trial Court, the very purpose of {iiing the Criminal Petition to quash the proceedings in C.C.No. 9 of 2016, is defeated and thereby the Criminal Petition becomes infructuous. Apart from that the Criminal Petition is liable for dismissal for non prosecution, as there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner since long time.
