ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the 3rd respondent in summoning the petitioner to the police station and insisting him to settle the civil disputes with the 4th and 5th respondents, as arbitrary and illegal.
Based on the written instructions, Learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents 2 and 3 submits that on the complaint made by the petitioner, a case in Cr.No.126 of 2015 was registered against the 4th respondent and after investigation, the case was referred as civil in nature and a final report was submitted to the competent Court. It is further stated that the 3rd respondent never summoned the petitioner to the police station nor asked him to settle the dispute with the unofficial respondents. It is also stated that the petitioner filed O.S.No.67 of 2015 relating to the same subject property and obtained injunction order against the 4th respondent in I.A.No.302 of 2015 on 15.3.2016 and the same is still subsisting.
In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
